Resource Books for Teachers

Edison Innovation Foundation has developed resource books that teachers may use in their classroom. Seven books discuss various aspects of energy, energy conservation and alternate energy technologies like solar, wind, geothermal and fuel cells. These timely books contain general information for teachers to use as well as classroom activities students can perform for a deeper understanding of the various technologies. An eighth book deals with teaching students how to keep an inventor’s notebook which they can use to document team projects based on developing their ideas from concept to prototype designs. This book is an essential part of the STEM experience and project-based learning activities. To request copies of these books please email the Edison team at info@thomasedison.org.
